TCL is a company developing a 3D solution without the need to wear special glasses. Their solution is a thin overlay on the screen which does one part of the conversion while software handles the second part of the conversion. The end result is a wide-angle 3D experience without having to wear those pesky 3D glasses.

Oh wow! This is amazing. Normally, I hate watching movies in 3D because they make me dizzy. But I think it's because of the glasses.
And although, I can't see for certain if it really is 3D...still exciting!
