Bulleen Lions Win Again A Tough One Against Croydon City

The Bulleen Lions U15B team won again; this time against a tough opponent - Croydon City.  With two key players missing, Bulleen had a difficult game with a Croydon team that kept penetrating Bulleen's defence again and again.  Bulleen's first goal was a beautiful lob from the side which hit the post and evaded the goal-keeper to sneak in.  The second goal was a penalty shot from an unfortunate foul in the box.  Croydon's goal came in the 2nd half from a deflected own goal.  The match ended with a 2-1 win to Bulleen.
Watch for the jubilant celebration after Bulleen's penalty shot.  Also, look out for the missed opportunities and the great passing shots by both teams in the pictures and video below.
